Information on this website

Product details, specifications and example system configurations are for general information. The right system for your site depends on a site survey, your loads and your roof. Final specifications, prices and timelines are those in your written quotation.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Freight is charged extra, at actuals, unless the quotation says otherwise. An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and receive the agreed advance.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty for that product. VikCell battery packs carry the warranty stated on the quotation or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation by others, misuse, physical damage, water ingress, or use outside the rated limits.

Installation and safety

Solar and battery systems involve high DC voltages. Installation and changes should be done only by trained technicians. VikCell is not responsible for damage caused by work done by others.

Brand names

Brand names such as Deye, Voltra, Luxpower, Power One, Solis and Loom Solar belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VikCell is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
